Repair Authorization Form

1. How to Send a Firearm to Heckler & Koch USA for Service or Repair 
– Complete the repair request form below and HK will email you a Return Authorization (RA) number.
– Or call customer service at 706-701-5554 9:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. EST, Monday through Friday. A Return Authorization (RA) number will be given over the phone.
– Please do not ship in your firearm or item until you receive the RA number form HK. Please make the text color on this red so it draws attention to it.
 
2. Ensure the Firearm Is Completely Unloaded
– Do not attempt to ship a loaded firearm. It is illegal and unsafe.
– Remove all ammunition: physically and visually inspect both the chamber and magazine to confirm the firearm is empty.
– If you cannot unload the firearm for any reason, contact HK Customer Service for guidance.
 
3. Prepare the Firearm for Shipping
– Use the original case or pack the firearm in a secure manner.
– Include a brief note describing:
      > The issue or service request
      > Your name, return shipping address, phone number, and email
– Clearly write the RA number on the outside of the shipping box.
– Do not include ammunition in the package.
– Insure the package for the firearm’s replacement value.
– Please remove aftermarket accessories like optics, light, lasers, and suppressors.
 
4. Ship the Firearm To:

5. After Service Is Complete
– HK will return the firearm to the shipping address you provided.
– Repairs will be sent back to you Via FedEx express with adult signature required.
